Based on the qualities and field of use, gypsum fiber sheets are also divided into ordinary (GVL) and moisture resistant (GVVV).
Sheets are produced with a longitudinal edge of 2 types: straight (PC) and folder (FC). The gypsum fiber sheet (GVL) is assumed by leaf finishing material similar to drywall (GKL). It is made of construction gypsum reinforced with loose cellulose waste paper and all kinds of scientific and technical additives. In the difference from GKL, gypsum fiber sheets are considered a homogeneous material that does not have a shell (cardboard coating). The GVL density is significantly higher than that of the GCL, and is 1250 kg/m3, with all this is significantly higher and strength data. Gypsum fiber sheets, similarly, like drywall, are prepared for interior decoration of the premises and are used as material with the highest hardness. With the highest fire safety, rather than in GCL, gypsum fiber sheets recommended for lining of attic rooms. At domestic enterprises, KNAUF GVL is manufactured on the conveyor lines by the method of semi -dry pressing. The technology for obtaining GVL with this technique includes subsequent borders: the waste paper is crushed in a hammer with a volume with a volume from a postal brand and pneumatic transporter is pushed into a bunker, from which a delicate grinding mill for its jerking with a volume of 1 – 3 mm is dosed into a milling grinding mill. Fiber, gypsum binder and dust from grinding of finished sheets are dosed in weight doses and mixed in the high -speed mixer of the endless effect in the required ratio, and then they are supplied to the receiving hopper. Using a system of screws, scrapers and other devices that exist in a floor car, the gypsum -fiber mixture is evenly distributed on a bandage conveyor with a width of 2600 mm and supplied to a water -permeable tape for topping. The compacted material is moistened from the nozzles installed above the tape, and then, through the water -permeable tape, it is vacuum with the target of air removal and saturate the gypsum fiber mass with water. Wet gypsum fiber carpet enters the hydraulic press. The formed tape is cut by a stream of water into the sheets of installed volumes. On the conveyor, the sheets grasp and hard, as a result of which they with a moisture content of 27-30 % through the drive go into a multi-tiered dryer. At the exit from the dryer, their humidity is not higher than 1, 5 %. The dried sheets are grinded like it, and then the polished plane is treated with an aqueous solution of latex, which eliminates the “shallow” of the plane and protects it from the action of humidity. The latex coating is polymerized in a single -tier dryer with the simultaneous removal of water introduced with latex.
Glv is transmitted from the dryer to the system of sawing devices for cutting to the necessary format. The finished products are packed, packaged in a plastic heat -shaped film and shipped to the buyer.
