A couple of decades ago, construction without wood could not imagine. Since then, a lot of water has flowed, however, even until now, wood is one of the most popular building materials. How the wood has gained such popularity among builders?
Firstly, it is not difficult to use wood-it is soft and rather flexible material. Secondly, wood has not large weight and lift it will not be any special problems even one person.
Thirdly, the tree has not a high cost, therefore, in the construction of economy-class housing, wood is simply irreplaceable. However, the tree has a significant number of disadvantages.
First of all, the tree is not durable building material and, if used improperly, is very quickly deceived. In addition, wood is a very fire -hazardous building material and in any case it can be used in places potentially containing open flame or high temperatures. In recent years, the use of wood has decreased significantly, however, so far its percentage of use in construction is quite high and a complete abandonment of this building material is not expected.
