Equipment, which is necessary for construction, taking into account the use of non -removable reinforced formwork “Sota”, is divided into two main categories. The first category includes equipment that is necessary for the production of the panels themselves (specialized), and the second is the equipment necessary to ensure the implementation of all technological processes in construction, using these panels (standard and universal).
Equipment that is necessary for the manufacture of panels
One of the patented units of equipment, which is intended for the production of reinforced panels for non -removable formwork “Sota” is the assembly conductor. It is universal and help to ensure the assembly of the insulation plate with a thickness of 50 millimeters to 250 millimeters, as well as W – figurative endless tracks made of wire with a diameter of 4 millimeters. Only overpurption will be necessary, which depends on the thickness of the insulation. Together with the conductor, a welding post also works, which welds wire reinforcing nets with a cell of 50 x 50 millimeters to the protruding parts on W – figurative routes, on both sides of the insulation stove. To ensure the possibility of bending at an angle of 90 ° of the reinforcing mesh, a manual gyubovic press is used on the construction site, which is controlled by one person. Bent blanks are used to reinforce corner internal and outer joints of panels. Also from a grid with a cell of 50×50 millimeters, P – figurative blanks are made, which are used to reinforce the ends of the roof, as well as window and doorways.
